Thierry Debuisschert is a scientific expert at Thales Research & Technology-Fr, one of the research laboratories of the Thales group. His main areas of interest are nonlinear optics, tunable laser sources, quantum communications and quantum sensing. He has participated in numerous research projects at the national and European level. He is the coordinator of the ASTERIQS Quantum Flagship project which brings together leading European laboratories and industrial groups involved in the development of sensors based on NV centers in diamond. He is currently Chairman of the Science and Engineering Board of the Quantum Flagship. He is the author of more than 50 publications, has supervised more than 15 students and has served on several scientific boards.
